This is the top shelf. We class a pouch as extra strong once it goes past 20mg of nicotine, and most of what's here is 30mg or more. It's also where a lot of our sales are. Four of our ten best selling products over the last six months are extra strong Pablo pouches.
That doesn't make them the right choice for everyone. If you've never used a nicotine pouch, or you use 10mg pouches now, nothing on this page is for you yet. A 30mg pouch on a new user means nausea, sweating and a bad half hour. Start with medium or strong and work up only if you need to.

How to step up to extra strong
- Come from strong, not from medium. If 16mg to 20mg pouches have stopped doing much, that's the time to look here.
- Take the lower option first. Most Pablo Exclusive flavours come in two strengths. Buy the lower one.
- Shorten the time. Take your first few out after 10 to 15 minutes instead of the usual 20 to 30.
- Don't use one on an empty stomach. It makes the nausea much more likely.
If you get hiccups, a racing heart, cold sweats or feel sick, take the pouch out straight away and drink some water. That's too much nicotine. It passes, but it's your cue to drop a strength.

What is the strongest nicotine pouch you sell?
Going by the number on the label, Cuba is highest at 66mg, followed by FEDRS at 65mg and Maggie at 60mg. Brands don't all measure the same way, so check the product page for the detail.
What counts as extra strong?
We use it for pouches above 20mg of nicotine. Most of this collection is 30mg or more.
Are extra strong pouches safe for beginners?
No. They are made for people with a high nicotine tolerance. A beginner should start with a low or medium strength pouch.
Is the mg on the can per pouch or per gram?
It varies by brand, which is why two cans with the same number can feel different. Some brands print both. The product page for each pouch shows the strength as the brand labels it.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday go out the same day with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 usually takes one to two working days and Tracked 48 two to three. Full details are on our delivery page.
