1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day with either Next Day 24hr Tracked Delivery or 48hr Tracked delivery, ensuring fast and safe delivery.
Orders placed after 4pm (Monday - Friday) or over the weekend are dispatched the following day with either 24hr or 48hr tracked delivery! (Depending on the option you picked)

1. What is your return policy?

You have a legal right if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving a product and to receive a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the seal unbroken, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the items. Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
