Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches at Buy Nicotine Pouches
If you've seen nicotine pouches behind the counter in a supermarket or petrol station, there's a good chance it was Nordic Spirit. It's one of the most widely sold pouches in the UK, and it has earned that by being easy to get on with. The pouches are soft, the flavours are mild instead of sharp, and most of the range sits at 6mg and 9mg.
That makes it our default answer when someone asks what to start on. It's also what a lot of customers come back to after trying stronger brands and deciding they didn't enjoy them.
Nordic Spirit gets called snus all the time. It's a tobacco free nicotine pouch.

Which Nordic Spirit strength?
- 3mg or 4mg for a first pouch if you don't smoke much, or as the last step when cutting down. Only Spearmint, Sweet Mint and Raspberry go this low.
- 6mg is where most people should start. Nearly every flavour comes in it.
- 9mg if you smoke or vape daily and 6mg doesn't quite do it.
- 11mg or 12mg for regular users who want a bit more.
- 17mg Max is a different animal from the rest of the range. It's a strong pouch and not one to start on.
We also group the range by pouch type if you know which you prefer: dry and moist.
How to use Nordic Spirit pouches
Tuck one pouch between your top lip and gum, off to one side, and leave it alone. You'll feel a light tingle to begin with. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 30 minutes, then bin it. Don't chew or swallow it.
