How to use nicotine pouches
  1. Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum.
  2. A tingle is normal as the nicotine and flavour release. If it feels too strong, take it out and try a lower strength next time.
  3. Keep it in for as long as suits you, then put the used pouch in the lid compartment or a bin.

Do not swallow the pouch. New to pouches? Start at a low or medium strength.

Strength guide
  • Low A gentle start for new users.
  • Medium For regular users wanting a steady hit.
  • Strong For experienced users.
  • Extra strong For heavy users only.
