Muse nicotine pouches at Buy Nicotine Pouches
Muse is made here in the UK, and you can tell from the flavour list. There's an Iron Brew. There's a liquorice that people either love or won't go near. The cola has an icy finish that works better than it sounds.
People search for "Muse snus" but there's no tobacco in these. Each pouch is a soft white pouch filled with plant fibre, nicotine and flavouring, so there's nothing to spit out.
The useful thing about Muse is that every flavour comes in the same four strengths. If you like Tropical at 12mg and want to drop to 6mg, you can do that without changing flavour. Plenty of brands make you switch flavour to switch strength, which is annoying when you've found one you like.

Our best selling Muse flavours
This is what our own orders looked like over the last six months. It isn't a guess at what's popular elsewhere.
| Rank | Flavour | What we see |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Liquorice | Sells the most cans. A small group of regulars buy it by the stack. |
| 2 | Tropical | Turns up in more separate orders than any other Muse flavour. The safe first pick. |
| 3 | Cool Mint | The one mint in the range, and it's a cold one. |
| 4 | Cola Ice | Our most ordered drinks flavour from Muse. |
| 5 | Orange Mango | Sweet rather than sharp, and in nearly as many orders as Tropical. |

Which Muse strength should you pick?
Go by what you use now, not by what sounds impressive.
- 6mg is the place to start if you're new to pouches or only use nicotine now and then. See our other low strength pouches.
- 12mg suits most people coming from cigarettes or a regular vape. It sits with our medium strength pouches.
- 18mg is a strong pouch. Only move up to it once 12mg has stopped doing much.
- 24mg is extra strong and meant for people who already use strong pouches every day. It will make a beginner feel sick.
If you're between two, buy the lower one. You can always leave a weaker pouch in a bit longer, but you can't take nicotine back out once it's in.
How to use Muse pouches
Tuck one pouch between your top lip and gum, off to one side, and leave it alone. You'll feel a tingle in the first minute or two. That's normal and it settles. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 30 minutes, then bin it. Don't chew or swallow it.
If you get hiccups, a racing heart or feel lightheaded, take it out. That's too much nicotine, and the fix is a lower strength next time.
What our customers say
Muse questions we get asked
Is Muse snus?
No. Snus contains tobacco and can't legally be sold in the UK. Muse is a tobacco free nicotine pouch. People call it snus because you use it the same way.
Where are Muse pouches made?
Muse is made in the UK.
What strengths does Muse come in?
Four: 6mg, 12mg, 18mg and 24mg of nicotine per pouch. Every flavour we stock is listed in all four.
Which Muse flavour should I try first?
Tropical if you like fruit, Cool Mint if you don't. Tropical is in more of our orders than any other Muse flavour. Leave Liquorice until you know you like liquorice.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday go out the same day with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 usually takes one to two working days and Tracked 48 two to three. Full details are on our delivery page.
