Normally my orders come perfect, the correct items arrive, it’s fast delivery and never an issue. However, my recent order #NP19427 came very faulty. I opened my sealed KILLA GRAPE ICE pot and it was a mess. Half the individual pouches were open and the pot was full of the brown grainy bits. Started with 20 individual pouches but only 4 were salvaged. As you can imagine, I’m not too impressed with that part of my order. Thankfully the other Killa and Pablo and Cuba was fine like always but these grape ice killas were destroyed.
