How much caffeine is 100mg?
About the same as a mug of instant coffee, going by the NHS figure of around 100mg. So treat one pouch as one coffee.
The usual guidance for healthy adults is to stay under 400mg of caffeine a day from all sources, and under 200mg a day if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Count your tea, coffee and energy drinks alongside the pouches.

How to use Denssi Energy pouches
Put one pouch between your top lip and gum and leave it there. Take it out when the flavour fades or when you've had enough, and put it in the bin. Don't chew or swallow it.
Use one at a time and see how you feel before reaching for another. Caffeine late in the day will keep you awake. If you feel jittery, anxious or your heart is racing, take the pouch out and leave it for the day.
Caffeine pouches aren't suitable for children. Speak to your GP or pharmacist first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or take medication that caffeine can affect.

No. They are caffeine pouches with no nicotine and no tobacco. Denssi's nicotine pouches are a separate range.

How many can I have in a day?
Adults are generally advised to keep under 400mg of caffeine a day from everything combined. That is four pouches at most, and fewer if you also drink tea, coffee or energy drinks.
Can I use them with nicotine pouches?
They're separate products and we wouldn't use both at once. Nicotine and caffeine are both stimulants, so stacking them is more likely to leave you jittery than alert.
How fast will my order arrive?
