We're a nicotine pouch shop, so it's worth being clear about what Cafero is. It looks like a nicotine pouch and you use it the same way, under the top lip. What's inside is caffeine and coffee flavouring. There is no nicotine in it at all.
That makes it a different product for a different job. People buy it instead of a coffee when a coffee isn't practical: on a long drive, at a desk, before the gym. Some of our nicotine customers add a can to their order for the times they want something under the lip that isn't nicotine.
How much caffeine is 80mg?
About the same as a small can of energy drink, and a little less than a mug of instant coffee, which the NHS puts at around 100mg. So one pouch is roughly one modest coffee.
The usual guidance for healthy adults is to stay under 400mg of caffeine a day from all sources, and under 200mg a day if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Count your tea, coffee and energy drinks alongside the pouches.

How to use Cafero pouches
Put one pouch between your top lip and gum and leave it there. Take it out when the flavour fades or when you've had enough, and put it in the bin. Don't chew or swallow it.
Start with one and see how you feel before reaching for another. Caffeine too late in the day will keep you awake, so most people stop by mid afternoon. If you feel jittery, anxious or your heart is racing, take the pouch out and leave it for the day.
Caffeine pouches aren't suitable for children. Speak to your GP or pharmacist first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or take medication that caffeine can affect.

Can I use Cafero and nicotine pouches together?
They're separate products and we wouldn't use both at once. Nicotine and caffeine are both stimulants, so stacking them is more likely to leave you jittery than alert.
How many can I have in a day?
Adults are generally advised to keep under 400mg of caffeine a day from everything combined. That is five pouches if you have no other caffeine at all, and fewer if you drink tea or coffee.
How fast will my order arrive?
