Christmas and New Year Holiday cut off and delivery changes 2024

Christmas Delivery Deadlines:

  • 📦 19th December: Last date for 48-hour delivery.
  • 📦 20th December: Last date for 24-hour delivery.

Warehouse Closure:

  • 24–27 Dec & 31 Dec–1 Jan: Closed (no processing or collections).
  • Reopening: 2nd January as usual.

We endeavour to get your products to your door as quickly as possible. To achieve this, most orders made before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

We ensure that all orders are shipped within two working days, Monday - Friday, of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 13:00 Friday, it might not be shipped until the following Monday as we are closed during weekends and bank holidays. We recommend taking advantage of the Royal Mail - Next Day Delivery shipping option.

All orders are shipped from the UK mainland.
Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

EU - We only offer tracked EU deliveries to ensure you receive your order.

Rest of the World -  We only offer tracked deliveries to ensure you receive your order.
