Mint and menthol nicotine pouches at Buy Nicotine Pouches

"Mint" covers a lot of ground. The pouches on this page don't all taste alike, and the name on the can usually tells you which kind you're getting.

  • Spearmint is the soft, sweet one. Think chewing gum.
  • Peppermint is sharper and cleaner.
  • Sweet mint is milder again, with very little cooling.
  • Menthol, ice, frost and cold all mean cooling first and flavour second. These are the ones that make your gum feel cold.
  • Wintergreen is the odd one out. It has a medicinal note that people tend to either seek out or avoid.

One thing to know before you buy: a strong menthol makes a pouch feel stronger than its number. Cooling and nicotine both sting a bit, and your mouth doesn't separate them. If you're new, pick a spearmint or sweet mint over anything with ice in the name.

You'll see these called mint snus. Everything here is a tobacco free nicotine pouch.

  • Coming from cigarettes or a daily vape: a medium strength mint, somewhere around 8mg to 12mg.
  • Already on pouches and want more: strong mints such as Killa.
  • Experienced, and you like it cold: the extra strong ice and frost pouches from Pablo and Siberia.

Mint pouch questions we get asked

What is the difference between mint and menthol pouches?

Mint is a flavour and menthol is the cooling part of it. A pouch sold as mint leads on taste. One sold as menthol, ice or frost leads on the cold feeling.

Which mint pouch is best for beginners?

A low strength spearmint or sweet mint. Avoid anything labelled ice, frost or extreme until you know how you get on.

Why does my mint pouch burn?

Some tingle in the first couple of minutes is normal and comes from both the nicotine and the menthol. If it carries on or is unpleasant, the pouch is too strong or too cooling for you. Try a lower strength or a softer mint.

Are mint pouches snus?

No. Snus contains tobacco and can't legally be sold in the UK. These are tobacco free nicotine pouches.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday go out the same day with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 usually takes one to two working days and Tracked 48 two to three. Full details are on our delivery page.

Other flavours to look at

If mint has gone a bit samey, try fruity pouches, drinks flavours or coffee.
