Getting the most from a low strength pouch
- Give it ten minutes. Low strength pouches build slowly. Don't decide it's too weak in the first two.
- If 6mg isn't enough, the next step is 9mg or 10mg, which we class as medium strength. Don't jump straight to strong.
- If you're cutting down, stay on each strength until it feels normal before you drop again.
Even at low strength, take the pouch out if you feel lightheaded or sick.
